Our client is a $160M leading manufacturer of Industrial PVF products who is in major growth mode and is looking for a Director of Quality and Sourcing to spearhead the company’s domestic and international expansion with new suppliers. Experience in industrial wholesale, global sourcing, and leading a team is a must! This person will be key to developing company standards when it comes to suppliers, quality, pricing and contract management!
What You'll Do
- Identify and establish relationships with new factories and suppliers
- Manage and coordinate quality audits, inspections, testing, and certification of products and suppliers
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PVF and hose products
- Lead and supervise the quality and sourcing team
