What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at The Bridger Group?
We have been retained by a $550M division of a $13B US-based company. They are one of the largest commercial roofing manufacturers in the US, and they are looking for a Territory Manager out of Des Moines or Omaha to cover Nebraska and Iowa. They are looking for someone who has strong pull-through sales experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and provide technical, product, and sales training, for team members and contractors
- Drive customer retention, increased share-of-wallet, and new customer acquisition
- Attend and represent the company at related industry conventions, seminars, trade shows, branch functions, etc.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive management
What You'll Need
- College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Specific industry knowledge preferred
- Experience calling on contractors and distributors
- Single-ply, membrane, or coatings background preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
