Server, Fine Dining

The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe, Southern California's most beautiful, private country club is currently seeking exceptional, experienced candidates to join our highly professional Food & Beverage service team.

As a Server you will be responsible for Food and Beverage service to club members and guest in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner, while maintaining The Bridges fine dining standards, steps of service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification is required.
• 3 years of service experience in a fine dining restaurant, country club, or resort.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work life balance is an important piece at The Bridges, our service team rarely works beyond 10:00 pm.
• Good understanding of liquor, wine, and beer.
• Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
• Has attention to detail.
• Courteous and can smile spontaneously.
• Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 40 lbs. through a busy dining area.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work up to 8 hours per shift.

The club is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, approximately 20 minutes north of San Diego.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
