Pro Shop Attendant

We are looking for additional staff to work in the pro shop at The Bridges.

This is a part time, seasonal job that will last from March - November.

This job is perfect for students who want a laid back job at a golf course and enjoy the golf benefits. Applicants must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Applicants for the pro shop position must be at least 18 years of age due to alcohol sales inside of the pro shop.

The shifts currently needed vary but range during the hours of 12:00pm - 9:00pm.

Weekly hours: Anywhere from 8 hours - 30 hours per week. Dependent on employee availability, job performance and work ethic.

Starting Pay: $12.50/hour. While it seems low, we factor in the discounts in the pro shop, discounted food and the free golf benefits as an another form of compensation in addition to the hourly wage. The average round of golf costs $60 per round

Employees MUST be able to work the afternoons/evenings, weekends and holidays.

Employees must be comfortable interacting with customers and answering the phone during their entire shift. Shy and quiet people will not be comfortable in this job.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Checking in golfers for their tee times
• Washing/cleaning & putting away carts at night
• Picking range balls off the driving range
• Various other closing tasks

Dress Code:

• Collared shirt
• Golf pants/shorts
• No denim
• Clean appearance

Candidates must live in Winona or surrounding area (within reason) from March - November, and provide availability of when they can/cannot work. The request off deadline is 2 week notice. If you are a student and are planning on moving back home at the end of the semester, please do not apply.
