**About the Role**

As a Digital Solutions Sales Manager at The Brinks Company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion of our Digital Retail Solutions business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and develop strategic relationships with key accounts across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales results through disciplined sales cycle management and conversion of 400 accounts.
  • Work closely with account sales managers to develop and execute value propositions for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 5 years of experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customers.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions at a premium in a price-sensitive industry.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

**Professional Skills:**

  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and strategy skills.
