We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Admissions / Weekend Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the weekend nursing staff, manage admissions processes, and ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities :
Admissions Coordination :
Manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the admissions team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to assess and meet the needs of incoming residents.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Weekend Management :
