Summary :
The Regional Sales Representative works with our Regional Leadership to build relationships with new customers and foster existing customer accounts to develop new sales opportunities and expand the Company's market share. This person will travel throughout the Midwest areas to call on prospective customers and develop new business opportunities by performing the following duties :
Responsibilities :
- Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Participate in the development of the strategic sales strategy and own all aspects of executing the corresponding sales plans that deliver on individual, regional, and corporate goals
- Thoroughly understand our company, service capabilities, market, customers, and competitors, and be prepared to effectively communicate a compelling business case for why we are the leading provider of industrial services to potential and existing customers, trade partners, the industrial community, and other key external stakeholders as identified
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Educate customers on how Brock services can benefit them
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Working Conditions
- Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations.
- Working indoors in an office environment
- Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
- Frequent travel as required
