Broad Function
The Sales Representative is responsible for seeking new business opportunities while building and maintaining high-value, long-term relationships and optimizing business with key customers, aiming to drive revenue and profitability. This position will focus on growing key accounts across the business, ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term business relationships.
Essential Functions
- Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
- Generate sales prospects through outreach, referrals and events
- Present and demonstrating product and service offerings and communicate our value proposition
- Support the development and implementation of target account strategies
- Develop/Grow a strong pipeline of potential customers through customer relationship management
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting their needs
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive sales growth
- Act as liaison between operations and the customer, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospects about Brock’s services
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive sales process, sharing insights, coordinating activities and providing feedback
- Provide regular reports to leadership on the performance of strategic accounts
Working Conditions
- Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard, and shop locations
- Working indoors in an office environment
- Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary
- Frequent travel as required
