As the Social Media Manager , you will coordinate and manage the organization's voice and brand across social platforms, crafting content and visuals that amplify the mission and values. This includes elevating narratives about Indigenous Peoples’ guardianship and sharing stories where Indigenous rights, social justice, and environmental stewardship intersect.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Co-develop and execute global social media strategies that advance the mission, aligning campaigns with organizational priorities and values.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with social media platforms, organizations, grantees, allies, and influencers to amplify reach and impact.
- Stay informed about current social media trends, new tools, and strategies for utilizing platforms and content to optimize our efforts while engaging and growing target audiences.
- Grow the organization's presence on existing platforms while providing research, recommendations, and proposed strategies to launch additional presence on new platforms.

This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a passionate and thriving team! The pay range for this role is $41 - $46 per hour plus Health, Dental, Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 12 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid Volunteer Days, 3 Personal Days, and the ability to accumulate 6 weeks of PTO and Paid Sick Leave! Occasional day and night domestic travel and international travel is a potential (up to 15%).
