Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for providing human resources support for the Group HR Director and the facility which includes full-cycle recruitment of assigned positions, assist with the coordination of the new-hire orientation, maintaining personnel records, coordinating onboarding and GHO for employees and contracted staff, helping coordinate employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years related support/ HR experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably acute care/behavioral health hospital setting.
Education:
High school diploma or GED Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
