What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and schedule the cashier team to ensure top-notch service.
- Drive customer engagement and promotional programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and smooth-running checkout area.
- Collaborate with marketing to share promotions, events, and customer insights.
- Become a Point Of Sale expert, troubleshooting and training team members on best practices.
- Experience in retail or customer service leadership.
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for sales, teamwork, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Bonus: Experience in garden centers or membership-based sales.

Schedule
- Full-time: Full-time employees typically work Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with rotating weekend shifts every other weekend, averaging 35-40 hours per week.
- Indoor Work: Work is primarily performed indoors. May have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including inclement weather (rain, snow, heat, or cold).
- Lifting: Occasionally lifts weights of up to 25lbs.
- Vision and Motor Skills: Vision and fine motor skills are required for the use of computers.
- Physical Activity: Regularly stands, walks, sits, talks, and listens for long periods throughout the day..
