The Buckeye Law Group is a personal injury law firm where we work together to fight for our clients who were injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dogs bites, etc. As a Case Manager, your role will involve upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism with unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction, while also nurturing an inclusive and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, including responding to inquiries and other parties regarding case progress.
- Organize and manage all records related to personal injury cases, including but not limited to medical bills and liens, ensuring accuracy and compliance with billing procedures -Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, Commercial Health Carriers; VA; Child Support etc.
- Process invoices, open insurance claims, and perform general data entry tasks to support case management activities.
- Prepare demand packages, settlement statements and manage case file transfers up to litigation as needed.
- Conduct audits and analyses of the team assigned cases for accuracy and compliance regarding case progress.
Qualifications:
- Legal setting or case management experience preferred; personal injury experience required.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of managing a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
