What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at The Buckeye Ranch?
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Care Management Entity (CME). The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and system support to CME. Maintains a customer service focus for families, all external partners, and internal team members. Primary duties include administrative support tasks to the department as well as the engagement of families who qualify for Care Coordination, initiation of electronic record and maintenance of the electronic record data base, documentation of payor.

What youll do:
- Routinely provide high quality customer service in a courteous manner in interactions with clients and customers.
- Responsible for supply orders for department 9. Maintain Electronic Healthcare Records.
- Assist in referral and case assignment process as needed and know protocol for processing paperwork.
- Support utilization management tasks to ensure functionality and accuracy of EHR.
- Collaborate with HR on credentialing process for team members and supports needed data entry.
- Assist team members with entry into training database(s).
- Enter all critical incidents into Incident Reporting systems.

Who you are:
- You have a high school diploma, or GED.
- You have two years of relevant administrative work experience.
- You have proven computer skills using Microsoft Office and have previous experience with HER systems.
- You have an active drivers license.
