This role reports directly to the Director of the Upper School and collaborates closely with the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering in providing day-to-day support for faculty to craft forward-thinking and reflective learning environments
- Communicating with parents about their children’s needs
- Supporting the Division Director and Head of School with the Secondary School Placement process
- Maintaining progress and alignment throughout the division with respect to curriculum and academic development
- Fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within our teaching staff
- Teaching a course and/or acting as a homeroom teacher
- Assisting the Division Director in the daily operations of the division
- Master’s degree, preferrably in Education
- Administrative experience
- Minimum 5 years of middle school (5-9) classroom teaching
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
