Monday through Friday (unless there is a special event)
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
FREE ONSITE PARKING - Historic Downtown
On the bus route
$18.00/hr
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate must have a mechanical aptitude and experience with basic hand tools
Must be able to go up and down stairs and ladders.
Ability to read and interpret work orders
Must have good communication skills
Position requires HEAVY lifting up to 50 pounds (Moving furniture, desks, chairs, and equipment when required)
DUTIES INCLUDE
Cleaning up spills, removing trash
Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, common areas and lobbies
Sweeping, mopping, high and low dusting
Using power equipment to clean off sidewalks, breezeways, and corridors
