Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Day Porter to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities during daytime hours. You will perform various cleaning duties, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and sanitary.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Replenish restroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.
Follow all safety and health protocols while cleaning.
Requirements:
Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
Good communication skills.
