As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership – Schedule and oversee janitorial staff, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts.Quality Control – Conduct site evaluations, audits, and enforce work standards to maintain the highest level of service.Client & Employee Relations – Build strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.Budget & Inventory Management – Control costs, track job expenses, and ensure budget compliance.Training & Compliance – Train and develop team members while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while managing special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years of management experience, preferably in janitorial services or facility maintenance.Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Leadership Skills: Strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.Customer-Focused: Passion for client satisfaction and service excellence.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Valid Driver’s License required.
