Hourly - HVAC Supervisor Lead

Title: Industrial HVAC Supervisor Pay Rate:$25.00.  40 hours a week, days and times vary. 9pm-6am is an approximate shift. M-F, with weekend work. Overtime is common.Location: Varies - Charlotte Metro area. Schedule will need to be flexible. Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively Experience Required: 2 years of Supervising others, HVAC experience preferred.  Responsibilities: Supervising a small team of cleaning technicians. Cleaning HVAC Units ,Replacing air filters, various PMs & Belt changes. May also clean duct work at times. Delivery of Filters & Belts, inventory of supplies & equipment, & documenting work completed. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401K offered. Most major holidays off.
