Position SummaryThe Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining strong employee relations, and fostering account retention. Key duties include scheduling and managing personnel, setting and maintaining work standards, conducting site evaluations and audits, overseeing inventory and equipment usage, managing budgets, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This role also involves training supervisory and support staff, building positive customer relationships, and coordinating special projects to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
Position ResponsibilitiesManage and control expenses for all janitorial operations within the plant, reviewing job costs and making necessary adjustments to align with budget goals. Deliver services that meet the organization’s highest quality standards. Maintain employee personnel records to ensure administrative compliance. Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise janitorial operations across all shifts. Establish and enforce efficient workflow processes and work standards. Ensure environmental procedures comply with local, state, federal, and company regulations.
Position Qualifications/Skills2-5 years of experience in a related role is required. Ability to create and forecast productivity, staffing, and budget plans while initiating corrective actions professionally and thoroughly as needed. Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards. Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with clients regarding programs, services, and contract performance. Ability to provide actionable feedback to management regarding client needs and opportunities for business growth. Proven experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams. Knowledge of HR policies and practices, including staffing plans, employee relations, training, safety, benefits administration, and succession planning.
RequiredAssociate's degree or higher. 2-5 years of management experience.
