Position: Janitorial Flex Team MemberDays: Monday through FridayHours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Pay: $20.00/hrLocation: Charleston, SC Experience Required: Must have at least 1 year of janitorial experience. This is NOT an entry level position. Candidates with no relevant job experience will not be considered. Candidates with maintenance experience encouraged to apply.Overview: Flex Team member will be responsible for cleaning locations in the Charleston areas. Locations primarily will be West Ashley and Mt. Pleasant. Will be required to do everything and all things pertaining to Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance. Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, pulling trash, cleaning bathrooms, changing ceiling tiles, using leaf blowers, machines and equipment such as wet vacs, vacuums and top scrubbers. Cleaning glass and mirrors, moving furniture, picking up trash around the grounds, vacuuming, and all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Will be filling in at locations where Team Members are out. Must have flexibility to go to different locations when needed.Restrictions: This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
Requirements: Must pass criminal background and SLED check.Must be able to drive own personal vehicle between sites. Cannot get picked up or dropped off. Must have a valid driver's license.
