What You'll Do:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and creative lead generation strategies
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Confidently present and demonstrate our facility services offerings, highlighting our value and benefits
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding sales targets
- Manage a short sales cycle with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Utilize CRM software to track progress, manage your pipeline, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- When not in the field, work from our Winston Salem office to foster relationships with colleagues and immerse yourself in our company culture
- 2 years of proven success in B2B transactional sales with a short sales cycle
- A hunter mentality with exceptional cold calling and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and the GRIT to overcome challenges
- Strong closing skills and an insatiable hunger to achieve results
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Tech-savviness with proficiency in CRM software and common sales tools
- Stable work history demonstrating commitment
