Specialty Services General Manager

You'll manage operations, develop new service lines, and build high-performing teams. Location: Preferably based in Charlotte, Greensboro, or Winston-Salem North Carolina Travel: Must be willing to travel at least 50-75% annually  What you'll do Drive tactical and strategic operational plans across five branches Oversee all aspects of operations, including optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team. Continuously assess operational efficiency and implement improvements to maximize productivity. Manage budget and financial performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards, including safety protocols Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and sales. Must be in a related field  Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills. Proven ability to build lead, and motivate teams.
