The Bug Company, a leader in producing high-quality live insects for pet feed, is excited to announce a job opening for a Shipping / Packaging Associate. This full-time position is an integral part of our team, ensuring the safe, efficient, and quality shipment of our products to customers nationwide. Located at our Fairfield, Ohio facility, this role is designed for individuals passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Please note, this position is not remote and requires the associate to be onsite during working hours.
As a Shipping / Packaging Associate, you will play a key role in our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You work will directly packaging and shipping delicate live insects. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to our mission of delivering quality products with exceptional care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper handling and packaging of live insects for shipment, following specified guidelines to preserve the quality and health of our products.
- Utilize packing materials effectively to guarantee that shipments are secure and arrive at their destination in excellent condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies
Requirements :
Salary : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift : Sunday _ Thursday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm
