Description
As a customer service representative you'll interact with clients and our great internal team to help customers with their pest control needs. You'll answer customer questions, manage schedules, and handle administrative tasks related to day to day business operations. You'll be responsible for customer relations, notification for service, account setup and maintenance, and scheduling.
