About Our Team: Our team focuses on comprehensive wealth management process, consisting of cash flow analysis, investment management, insurance, and retirement income planning. We pride ourselves in our relational, collaborative, and transparent team culture within the context of our firm, The Bulfinch Group with a 30 years of history and 100 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Prospective client nurture campaigns and activities
- Marketing and event coordination
- Maintain, configure and report from our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and financial planning portals
- Assist with marketing and operations ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM and willingness to learn new programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
- 3-5 years of professional experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required; relevant experience in another industry is applicable.
- College degree or equivalent.
The Position:
- Part-time opportunity (3–4-day work week) with a potential to grow into full-time.
- Hybrid environment; must be willing to travel to our Needham office regularly for training and meetings.
- Must complete a background check including credit history before starting the position.
- $25-$30/hour, determined by the experience and skill level.
