Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately, utilizing POS systems like Toast and Resy/Tock
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with bartending/kitchen staff to ensure timely food and drink delivery and quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Uphold standards and protocols to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Background in hospitality and guest relations / restaurant serving
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service throughout all experiences
