Property management company looking for experienced maintenance technician for a 163 unit apartment building in Champaign. Looking for candidates with supervisory, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry experience. HVAC experience a plus. Position includes rotating on-call duties for after hour emergencies.

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
