POSITION: We are seeking a Recruiting savvy professional not to recruit but to focus on Developing Career candidates looking for positions utilizing major job board advertising and advertising on social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging Career ad campaigns and content on major job boards and social media. There is a great deal of flexibility with hours and this can be a part time or full time position with the ability to work remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate Qualified Candidates for career positions
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years of experience in creating, posting and managing a high volume of Job Ads
• Full Cycle Recruiting Experience in a high volume fast paced environment
EXPERIENCE:
• Employment Ad Copy writing experience is a must for job portals and social media platforms
• High Volume Recruiting Experience
