Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at a distributor in west Phoenix near the I-17. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to work with PEO's and payroll time reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
The role is a stand-alone person managing HR for a family run firm of ~70.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
