We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about features and benefits.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Experience with supervising or training new staff is beneficial.
