Responsibilities
You'll execute these responsibilities closely with the Chief Communications Officer, bringing strategic thinking and careful attention to detail to each task.
Communications & Brand Management
- Maintain and ensure access to up-to-date branded materials across the organization
- Write, edit, and produce compelling content, including newsletters, media releases, fact sheets, and presentations
- Work with CCO to develop and maintain website and social media presence
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all materials
- Track and analyze communications metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact
Project & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with communications vendors, managing relationships and deliverables
- Support production of materials for CAFE Group events and initiatives
- Maintain project timelines and budgets
- Ensure timely completion of communications deliverables
Systems & Operations
- Manage newsletter lists and Salesforce contact records, ensuring data integrity
- Manage and maintain donor contact records in Salesforce and send acknowledgment letters
- Track and report on communications metrics and campaign performance
Qualifications
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years in communications roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (Salesforce), website management (WordPress/Wix), and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)
- Strong communication skills with exceptional writing and editing skills

The successful candidate will earn up to $90K, depending on experience. The CAFE Group offers a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401(k) retirement savings plan, 15 paid time off days per year, a hybrid work environment, a $1,500/year professional development benefit, a monthly cell phone allowance, and 11 company holidays per year.
