We're currently looking for a motivated, friendly, and efficient Food Runner to join our team and help bring our food directly from the kitchen to our guests in a fast-paced, exciting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and accurately, ensuring timely and correct orders.
• Ensure food presentation meets The Cage’s high standards before delivering to the table.
• Assist servers in carrying additional items, such as drinks or utensils, to guests when needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and delivered as per guest specifications.
• Keep food running stations clean and organized, ensuring the work area is stocked and ready for service.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed during busy times.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members, including servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team, to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to carry multiple plates and items at once and move quickly through the venue.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing great service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
