What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (full time) position at The Caleb Group?
The Caleb Group is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team at a 35 unit apartment complex in Bangor. Under direction will assist with the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. All maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call schedule.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
