We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two partners of a DC-based law firm. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience providing high-level executive support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage complex schedule for two law firm partners, including client meetings, travel arrangements; proactively adjust for conflicts and prioritize key items.
- Correspondence and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, handling incoming communications, drafting responses, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and prepare for client meetings, and internal team gatherings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and materials distribution.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
- Project Assistance: Support on special projects, presentations, and research tasks as needed, collaborating with other team members to meet deadlines.
Schedule: Hybrid (In office and remote)
