Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant in Northwest DC to help streamline operations and manage administrative tasks. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, take feedback well, and efficiently manage responsibilities without repeated instruction.
Responsibilities :
Organizing and filing documents
Scheduling and maintaining calendars
Booking appointments
Managing emails and following up on action items
Making phone calls
Conducting research and creating outlines.
Drafting and organizing materials for review.
Finding and booking family activities.
Acting as a liaison between the client and employees
Managing vendors.
Qualifications :
3 years of related experience.
Highly organized and efficient
Strong communication and writing skills.
Able to take feedback well and work with minimal supervision
Excellent, verifiable references
Schedule : Hybrid, 20-30 hours per week (flexible, varies weekly)
Onsite : Monday Tuesday, Thursday
Remote : Wednesday, Friday
