We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and a company dedicated to elevating clients and communities through moments that matter.
This position is responsible for coordinating many areas of the bank's advertising efforts and supporting strategic marketing efforts. This position maintains the bank's website and social media channels and their respective messaging, and coordinates ad placement with digital and traditional media channels. Other duties include upkeep of branch marketing materials, customer survey responses, promotional items, general research, archival of advertising for exams, and project-based work. The Marketing Coordinator projects a professional company image in support of the organization's Business Plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain an archive of advertising and its compliance authorizations for bank exams; gather all needed materials for bank exams
- Maintain and develop website content to ensure SEO optimization and compliance to regulations are always being met
- Develop and manage in-bank marketing screens
- Thorough understanding of how to build new product landing pages
- Develop social media content in appropriate tone for the platform using various channels by writing compelling copy and producing engaging content
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, members, and the general public
- Write, proofread, optimize for use type, and get needed approvals for marketing needs
- Help review content to ensure all marketing messaging aligns with the brand's tone and strategic goals
- Keep all bank facilities up-to-date with marketing /sales materials and information
- Assist with ad buys and events to ensure opportunities align with the brand and opportunities are maximized
- Bid bank promotional and printing items while keeping vendor relationships, deadlines, and costs maintained
- Coordinate with appropriate groups to facilitate marketing functions (i.e. street fairs, trade shows, new hire trainings, events, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign; Photoshop; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva, Wordpress
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a variety of deadlines and project needs
- Strong experience in digital/web marketing preferred
