The Campbell Law Group, PA is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its team working on a mix of Litigation and Transactional matters. Summary:
The Associate will be responsible for various corporate finance, corporate transactional, and corporate litigation matters, including assisting senior attorneys with legal research and drafting legal documents as well as various types of contracts such as operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, services agreements, employment handbooks, and related employment documents.
Job Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar who is, and must remain, in good standing and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Knowledge of Federal and Florida law, particularly in the following areas: civil procedure, employment, and corporate law.
- 2 to 4 years of Litigation and/or Transactional experience, preferably in corporate and employment matters with strong drafting and researching skills.
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
- Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lexis Nexis.
