Campbell's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) team is seeking an intern to support a variety of sustainability projects. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized graduate-level student, with a strong background in sustainability, research, and data management. The internship will run from May – August 2025.
Candidates should expect to support Campbell's sustainability reporting, customer communications, internal data collection and technology platforms, as well as discrete research projects on sustainability topics. Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and its intersection with business and markets
- Comfortable presenting ideas, outcomes, and solutions in a polished, professional manner
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to meet objectives and deadlines by working independently under minimal supervision and by serving as part of a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, as well as general sustainability trends and issues
- Strong background in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company

- Corporate Sustainability Reporting
- Benchmarking peers and assessing industry best practices
- Enhancing internal processes
- Enhancing tools and processes to collect and utilize data from our agricultural supply chain
- Researching emerging sustainability topics
- Customer Reporting
- Data Management
- Creating templates, information request systems, and other tools to enhance data collection from Campbell facilities
