What success looks like in this role:
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Sr. Manager is a key member of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team and implements Unisys' global social impact and corporate giving strategy.
Responsible for managing region specific CSR programming, communication, processes and guidelines that align to the overall CSR strategy and support our core beliefs. The role will advise and actively engage with leaders on various CSR and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) topics such as social, environment, DEI, political and other segments. Partner with cross functional Environmental Social Governance (ESG) team to help create and execute global ESG strategies, objectives and initiatives. Lead ESG and CSR reporting efforts and keep up to date with current reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops global CSR strategy including region-specific CSR programming and implement plan across enterprise.
- Tracks and stays up to date with CSR/ESG related trends/research and provides best practice guidance and insights to help modify strategies.
- Manages and provides oversight of community engagement activities including tracking of Unisys cares program, planning CSR initiatives and managing CSR budget.
- Leads ESG/CSR engagement, communications and reporting efforts to identify opportunities to advance our corporate responsibility activities and communicate our commitment to ESG.
- Serves as point of contact with key organizations engaged in CSR/ESG activities and key stakeholders.
- Partners with Associate Interest Group (AIG) leaders and DEI leaders on external community partnerships and activities.
- Partners with marketing and ESG leaders to develop annual sustainability report and monitor progress of objectives.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in CSR, ESG, sustainability reporting and or a social impact function preferred.
- Knowledge of Environmental Social Governance, Corporate Giving, and Social responsibility initiatives
- Highly collaborative and a critical problem solver.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations globally.
- Experience working in cross functional and matrixed teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills, teamwork and presentation skills.
- Strong project and program management skills
- Passion for creating positive change and social impact.
