Position Overview:
The Cannabist Company seeks a skilled Retail Associate to provide exceptional customer care and support the company's core values and culture in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will work closely with dispensing facility leadership to deliver results while continuously evolving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed and filed correctly, then enter all appropriate information into company databases for future reference.
- Confirm patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.
- Provide exceptional customer relations by promoting and maintaining positive customer interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, training, and general information.
- Manage patient records through the use of state and company databases.
- Maintain and update databases as needed.
- Fulfill customer orders.
- Responsible for sales and promotion of all products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years of direct customer service experience required.
- Retail experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
- Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
