1,000 HIRING BONUS: receive $500 after 3 months of continual satisfactory employment, another $500 at 6 months! We're seeking an educator to join our small art & nature-based preschool and afterschool program. Hours and scheduling are flexible, permanent PT/FT w/FREE (3-12yo) child care, and we are an experienced scholarship program participant for the NH TEACH program: eligible employees receive weekly Paid Time Off and FREE tuition to complete college degree requirements!
Responsibilities:
- Support children in activities promoting intellectual & creative growth & development
- Help create and maintain a safe & fun learning environment: routinely 3 hrs outdoors daily
- Help implement routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and play
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Work cooperatively as part of a small, dedicated team of educators
- Be reliable and timely, on task and engaged with students
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, and/or related fields commensurate with a NH CCLU Associate or Lead Teacher
- Passionate about education and able to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
