Responsibilities:
- Provide representation to clients on a range of family law matters including divorce, parenting plans, spousal support, child support, and property division among others.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and trial.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Strategically manage family law cases from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with clients, judges, and opposing attorneys.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:
- Actively licensed to practice in OR State.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in family law is preferred.
