What You'll Need
- Deal compliance & deal posting experience
- General Ledger (GL) knowledge
- Experience reviewing and cleaning schedules
- Warranty cancellation experience (a big plus!)
- Schedule reconciliation or bank reconciliation experience
- Accurately process all car deals on a daily basis.
- Review and verify the accuracy of incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax within deals.
- Extract warranties and GAP policies for processing, including handling cancellations.
- Process trade-in payoffs promptly, including reconciling any payoff discrepancies.
- Handle all steps required for rollbacks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and dealership operations.
