- Warranty/Extended Warranty Claims Processing:
- Accurately and efficiently process warranty claims for automotive services and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership warranty guidelines.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of warranty claims, including supporting documentation and communication.
- Track warranty claim statuses and follow up as needed to expedite resolution.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with manufacturers and warranty administrators to facilitate timely resolution of claims.
- Customer Interaction:

- Quality Assurance:
