Retail Store Manager - Ammon Store

Location : Ammon, Idaho 2289 E 17th Street

Job Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM preferred)

Job Summary

The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience for customers. They will be responsible for hiring and managing a team, training employees to provide exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and upholding our high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

Be the face of The Caramel Tree—greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm.
Naturally share the story behind our handcrafted caramels and create an engaging experience.
Ensure every visitor leaves feeling valued and excited about our products.
Encourage product sampling and upselling in a way that feels genuine and fun.

Store Operations & Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, and train retail employees who are confident, capable, and aligned with our brand values.

Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.

Manage staff schedules and ensure proper store coverage.

Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized store environment.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening / closing and workflow efficiency.

Inventory & Cash Handling

Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.

Handle cash register operations with precision and trustworthiness.

Ensure all transactions and store deposits are completed securely and accurately.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $15.00 / hour.
