What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Scheduling Coordinator position at The Cardinal Center for Behavior Analysis?
The Scheduling Coordinator works with families, the clinical team, and Operations Director to coordinate staffing coverage and scheduling of ABA services and perform a variety of other administrative tasks. The Scheduling Coordinator manages an ever-changing schedule of Behavior Technicians based on availability, location, and need. You should enjoy putting the pieces of the puzzle together, solving real time problems, and managing a variety of tasks.

- Ability to prioritize and respond to important tasks quickly
- A professional, yet friendly phone and email demeanor
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Works well in teams and has the ability to work independently
- Relevant scheduling experience preferred
- Will require flexibility with hours, available to attend to after-hours callouts, scheduling emergencies and on-call weekend rotation
