We are excited to announce that The Care Center of DeQuincy is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on our night shift! As an LPN at our facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
- Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
