What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Aide position at The Care Center of Honolulu?
The Care Center of Honolulu is now hiring non certified nurse aides to join our team.
Starting at $19 per hour.
Once certified
- If working full time, evening shift. Full reimbursement of the CNA tuition.
- Nurse aide pay increases to $22.87 and eligibility for a $6000 sign on bonus.
Must have completed a state approved CNA class and pass the Prometric's test within 4 months.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed
- Assist with feeding patients, including tube feeding if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
