Responsibilities
Office Operations :
- Open and close the office daily, ensuring the workspace is ready for staff and visitors.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance requests to maintain a professional and efficient environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and needs.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, greet visitors, and handle front-desk responsibilities.
