Part-time Assistant Office Manager
The Caring Center of Wichita is wanting to hire an Assistant Office Manager to work in our offices mostly in the afternoons 5 days a week. This is a part time position with anticipated full-time position in the coming months. It involves shared duties that includes serving as a receptionist for incoming patients and visitors. If you are highly organized, fluent in Microsoft Office products, and enjoy working with people from all walks of life, this is the position for you.
Specifically, we seek someone who is:
1. Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
2. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills to include telephone and email
3. Able to work independently to keep office organized and schedules coordinated
4. Experienced in using Microsoft Office products and calendars
5. Comfortable working with people and serving patients from all walks of life
6. Flexible in a changing environment while managing time efficiently
7. Friendly with a positive outlook on life
Our offices are conveniently located on Hillside just south of Kellogg with ample staff parking. Hours would be noon to 5pm or slight variations and some ability to be flexible with schedule. This position works in coordination with the Office Manager who will be the primary trainer for this position.
